I began my career in tech by joining an early stage startup in Pittsburgh. By the time we exited to Yelp 3 years later, I was hooked. This experience led to working at several more early stage startups over the past 10 years, proving concept, building teams, and driving exciting early growth.
Across all of these experiences, I realized that the skill set it takes to go from 0 to 1 is significantly different than what it takes to go from 1 to 100. ln my time as an operator, I routinely saw the benefit of advice and mentorship from perspectives outside of the business that had already lived our experience.
This is ultimately what drew me to the team at Enjoy The Work. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside amazing people in my career and have been continually inspired by the courage and effort it takes to build something out of nothing. I am excited to continue supporting this incredible community through the mission here at Enjoy The Work.
