1. Why do I have to apply?
We are committed to having each cohort be maximally successful. That means ensuring those who attend are of like purpose. We want founders who are going through the same things and experiencing the same growing pains. Therefore, we only accept applicants who meet our eligibility criteria.
2. I’m interested but would really like to talk to someone first before committing; is that possible?
Absolutely, we recognize that this is not a small decision. Please send us a note here referencing that you want to chat about the bootcamp. We’ll set up a call with you and one of our partners asap.
3. Can you explain the booster options?
In addition to the core material, every participant has the option of upgrading their experience with a deep dive in up to three topics: fundraising, go-to-market, or hiring. Each booster option involves one-on-one work between the founder and one of Enjoy The Work’s experienced General Partners (all of whom are accomplished entrepreneurs, operators and investors).
- Fundraising Booster – Designed to provide an in depth evaluation of a founder’s readiness to fundraise. Participants will receive 1-1 support to improve their storytelling, pitch deck and objection handling. Participants will leave with highly actionable ways to improve how they tell their story, present their business and defend their assumptions.
- Go-To-Market Booster – Designed to provide an in-depth deconstruction of a founder’s current sales and marketing motion including a review of a startup’s ideal customer profile (ICP), market positioning, demand gen and sales motion. Participants will leave with highly actionable ways to improve how they meet, engage and win new customers.
- Hiring Booster – Designed to audit a startup’s current hiring process and then using a real example, how to implement a lightweight but highly impactful process to improve each step in the hiring funnel: screening, functional interview, technical interview, reference checking and onboarding.
