I’ve spent 20+ years as an operator in tech, with experience spanning growth, analytics, and operations. I started at Fortune 100 companies and have spent the last 15 years working with and for venture-backed startups. I’ve been a 4x executive including multi-time COO roles, joining companies from pre-seed through Series D and helping build from zero to scale, before founding my own company to help CEOs use data to make better decisions, allocate resources more effectively, and drive ownership and accountability across their teams.
Over the last decade, I’ve advised and mentored hundreds of founders through accelerators, venture firms, and programs including Google Launchpad, Endeavor, and First Round Capital, where I previously served as an Expert-in-Residence.
Since joining Enjoy The Work as a Partner in 2020, I’ve worked closely with venture-backed founders as a long-term advisor and coach, supporting them across general management, functional leadership, and the inner game of being a CEO. I care deeply about helping entreprenuers build strong companies without losing themselves in the process.
Outside of work, I love traveling, trying new food, making art, and staying active outdoors with my husband and son.
