If your team lacks urgency, it’s your fault.
Don’t look at them. Look at yourself.
Have you made it clear what matters most in the company right now?
Have you collaborated with them to identify what action needs to be taken?
Have you made sure the resources are available to take that action?
Have you identified how success will be measured?
Are you absolutely fucking relentless about measuring, communicating, experimenting, and repeating?
Is there still no sense of urgency?
Then fire someone and start again.
